Renovation Works at Shum Wan Laundry for Minor Capital Projects 16/17
The Works include hoarding, demolition, excavation, construction of new loading / unloading dock with canopies, associated civil and external works, new lift shaft for one new lift, new windows and louvres, new skylight / dog houses on the roof level, addition and alteration works for the new fitting out, new electrical and mechanical installation with new finishes, new waterproofing, associated building works, associated piping / drainage works, associated repairing works and modification / up-keeping of existing provision.
